My Story
My goal at Architectural Bon Bons is to fill your belly with a few morsels of truth from my Architectural History books in exchange for a small donation to help children in Africa attend college. This is a yearly charity I give to through my church, the Savannah Church of Christ. This year our goal is $90,000 and we have not yet met it, but we are close. I am pursuing my master's in architectural history and after a long battle with life, I hope to be self-sufficient one day. I have an illness that has always humbled me whenever I thought I was going to achieve a goal. It's okay to know that someone will look after you. But can you look after yourself if need be? Can you be self-reliant? This is my wish for myself and so many out there: a feeling of community and an ability to take care of one's own basic needs for dignity's sake.
